Pricing

Base (suitable for small businesses of less than 50 staff): £1,250

Enhanced (suitable for medium business up to 250 staff): £3,450

Chose An uplift may need to be applied in the case of complex needs. Examples include highly regulated businesses, such as health care and telecoms, those with extensive business-owned or hybrid cloud infrastructure, bespoke software, extensive operational technology, adoption of agentic AI in core processes. Any potential uplift will of course be discussed up front.

The Process

  1. Discovery questionnaire - we will gather basic information on your business needs, core processes, key information, and supporting technologies, by walking through our standard risk reduction questionnaire (60 - 120 minutes of your time, with online support).
  2. Remote Interviews - we will conduct up to to six interviews or a workshop with selected staff to further understand your business and areas of risk.
  3. Technical Review - where relevant we will review documented IT systems and infrastructure, including third-party IT services as well as existing security policies and processes (if any).
  4. Risk Assessment - we use information gathered with our automated risk assessment tool to provide an overall risk assessment plus high priority risk areas.
  5. Report & Presentation - findings and recommendations with be written up in an easily digestible format, with the option of a presentation with question and answer session.
  6. Follow-up Support - questions will be answered where needed to help you take recommendations forward.
